Are you headed to the WSCA Annual Conference in Madison February 20-22? The Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin e-learning team will be presenting this year and we invite you to come hear how you can innovate and inspire with HealthyKidsLearnMore online health education curriculum. The sectional, from 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21 in Hall of Ideas Room H, will feature a panel of school counselors from an urban, a suburban, and a rural school district. The counselors will highlight how Children’s e-learning health education programs engage diverse audiences, and will share best practices for delivering online health education in their schools. You will hear an overview of the four program tracks, Bullying Prevention, Health & Wellness, Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs Prevention, and Safety and Injury Prevention and see how the programs align with the Model Wisconsin Academic Standards for School Counseling. The session will culminate with proven outcomes presented by an evaluation expert.
